So many times I have businesspeople contact me for their business headshot session and whether it’s for their small business or for corporate professional headshots, they share the same thing. “Julian, we made the mistake of not hiring you last time!” Basically saying to me, they had someone less skilled to photograph them.
In the Tacoma and Southend areas such as Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Maple Valley and Puyallup to name a few, it’s much more difficult to find a skilled photographer that can capture a variety of businesspeople in a variety of environments or styles. Many photographers have ‘one’ style and they have difficulty stepping outside of this. One of my joys is telling my clients, “it’s your style I’m aiming to capture, not mine.” My style is simply that you’re going to have a good experience, you’ll like what we’ve done, it will be painless and you will likely have a hard time selecting just one favorite!
